Out-of-Network

InsightFlow is primarily an out-of-network provider. 

As a client, you can opt to receive a superbill to submit to your insurance provider for possible partial reimbursement. 

Out-of-Pocket

Individuals:
  • Intake Assessment: $250 (~1 hour)
  • Follow-up Appointments: $200 (~1 hour)​
Couples:
  • Intake Assessment: $300 (~1 hour)
  • Follow-up Appointments: $300 (~1 hour)
Supervsion

Counseling Supervision

CSWMFT-Approved Supervision

  • Supervision for Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs) in OH working towards independent licensure 

  • Clinical Consultation services are also available

$125 per (1) hour of Clinical Supervision or Consultation
